It's an excellent time for witches and witchcraft. There is a great revival of sorts popularized by numerous books, TV shows, and movies made on this hitherto taboo topic.
Until recently, witches have sadly been depicted as dark, brooding, arcane, and almost evil. They were believed to live in a different world made of crystal balls and bubbling cauldrons. At the other end of the spectrum, some "scholars" trashed witchcraft as hokum. Thankfully, there is a changing mindset toward this subject in modern times.
In reality, witchcraft is a traditional, pre-Christian tribal practice that has been used from ancient times across the globe and across various cultures and geographies. Witchcraft is a spiritual practice that helps practitioners bring about positive changes in their lives and those of seekers by observing sacred and time-tested rituals.
Further, witchcraft deals with our connections with Mother Earth and Mother Nature. Witches use various methods to perform rituals, including, but not limited to, Wicca, voodoo, Stregheria, etc. These rituals empower them to foster positivity and happiness within themselves, others around them, and their communities.
