This basic book challenges us to rise up and out of our individual and collective fear and live with greater courage. Just as we do things to build our physical immune system, we can build our spiritual immune system and move forward with courage and strength through that which we fear. Conditions do not cause fear. Our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs about conditions cause us fear. We may not be able to change the conditions in which we find ourselves, but we can change our inner environment as we deal with those fears.
