If you don't have a grasp of Omphalophobia, Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia, or Globophobia we will cover them within this essay even though these are modern fears the Bible does not address.
As Christians, we have been expressly told not to worry. We have to learn how to stop worrying so we can deal with the meaningful aspects of our everyday lives. I know, easier said than done! But we have scriptural guidance support. Worry or "worrying" is so unimportant it is mentioned less than a dozen times in the New King James Version (NKJV) of the Bible.
One example therein is Matthew 6:25-34, which is titled "Do Not Worry." Those words tell us, "Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?"
