A great source of knowledge!

The Virgin of the World of Hermes Mercurius Trismegistos is a classic work on the philosophical Hermetica and the figure of Hermes Trismegistus. The first part gives a translation of Hermetic manuscripts (The Virgin of the World-the dialogue of Isis and Horus about the creation of the world, Asclepios, Various Hermetic fragments...). The final section of the book is devoted to an essay on Hermeticism written by the translators Anna Kingsford and Edward Maitland. The pair shared a fascination with the spiritual and was members of the Theosophical and Hermetic societies.

This book is well worth reading for all those who wish to study the Corpus Hermeticum in its entirety.
