Mayor Percy Blue has served Treasure Town well; however, the businessman, Mallroy Mall, wants to transform it into his own Mechanical Metropolis - Sky City. He resigns and decides to take a break, only to have his family get entangled in a larger web of deceit by a forgotten yet strong power – the Firsts.
