The adventures of The Magnificent Lizzie Brown continue as the traveling circus heads to the English coast, invited by the mysterious Maharaja Duleep Singh. But something's amiss at the small seaside town – fishermen claim a ghost ship haunts the harbor. And soon after they arrive, Lizzie has a vision of a theft. Sure enough, a valuable necklace goes missing, and several of Lizzie's friends are among the suspects.
