Beginners Yoga, Vol. 2 is an easy to follow sixty-minute class that has been devised for the absolute beginner. The class continues the Yoga2hear Beginners Yoga series by using expert tuition to clearly instruct a different selection of foundation postures designed to increase ability and add variety to a beginner level practice.
