Since the inception of the University, it has initiated number of steps in the field of the Corporate Social Responsibility. On one hand it is working for the all-round development of the students and giving due attention on the welfare aspects of the local community where the University is established. Students and staff are required to participate in various endeavors that contribute to the overall welfare of the community within and outside the University. Such endeavors are not only occasional high visibility actions but regular contact with the community including inviting community members for seminars, public lectures and workshops on pertinent issues, sharing knowledge, voluntary service and sharing essentials like water and other resources. The University also promotes the local culture and sports activities by participating with the local public who are organizing the melas, sports activities and other religious functions. To name a few initiatives taken by the University which are as follows: — Students of University teach the children of poor people from the surroundings areas in the university campus. — University organizes free medical camps, blood donation camps, and distributes free medicines. — University has started free ambulance service for the benefit of local community. — University provides free education to those students whose parents are not alive — University provides 50% concession in fee to thosestudents's whose father is not alive. — University promotes the education of girls by providing 50% concession in the fee for single girl child.
