Healership is a state of Being that a person evolves into. When a person is in a state of Healership they are not only holding their own connection to Higher Self, but they are able to hold others as well. Healership is not a skill you learn, or a technique you repetitively practice until you get it "perfect." It is a state of evolution, a state of maturity. You don't learn it, you earn it.
