She headed the Management Education Division of the All India Management Association (New Delhi) for three years, and later as a free lance consultant was retained by USAID, Mother Care, Center for Education Management and Development, Dept for International Development (UK), and other projects.Since 1998, Malabika has been a devoted student of the Consciousness phenomenon and the field of Energy Healing arts.
