A personal narrative of divine intervention during a spiritual awakening which inspired Lynn to finally break an endless cycle of self sabotage. For most of her life she ignored the trauma from her past and put on a facade that she was mentally and emotionally secure when she wasn't, just to appease others. All of this pretending and avoidance of her mental and emotional state created endless negative thought patterns which controlled her life, keeping her on a continuous downwards spiral into depression, anxiety and fear.
