Bhaavatraya Prabhakaram - An insight into PR Bhaava Lord Astrology
If you have tried all the different systems of astrology but have been a tad disappointed that you have not been able to give accurate predictions, relax —you are not alone! This disappointment and dissatisfaction have actually spurred the author in highlighting this present system based on the "Bhaava Lord System", which is not only better but also relatively more accurate in predicting events. Since the proof of the pudding is in eating it, don't take our word for it —read the book again and again, understand and master the principles based on scores of charts given as examples, and see for yourself.
Sri Ganapati Kadirappaji has named this system as Bhaava Lord System (Bhaavatraya Paddhati) and has given a table deciding the strength of the planets (Bhava Balapattika). He is the most respected guru of the Bhaava Lord System, who has written many books on Astrology and Vaastu.
This book is written with a presumption that the readers are well aware of the basics of astrology. The first few chapters have been devoted to the basics of Astronomy and Astrology, including the Rasis, their lordships and the Planets and Houses as well as their significations (karakatwas) to help the readers recapitulate the essential ingredients required for understanding the Bhaava Lord System. The advantage with Bhaava Lord system is that only the natal chart (D-1 chart) is enough to examine a horoscope.
One more salient feature in this system is that once we practice this system with full attention and devotion, by knowing the character of a person, we can predict the planetary position in his horoscope. So, if predictions can be made based on character, just imagine how simple normal predictions would be. Needless to emphasise, tremendous dedication and hard work is required to achieve this stage.
"In the Indian traditional astrology, the planets are generally divided into two types: one type of planets are referred to as natural benefics and the other as natural malefic planets. In deciding predictions of a horoscope, these benefic and malefic planets are considered to be important and play a major role.
While it is so, Sri Nallan Chakravarty Venkata Varadha Chariji, native of Bondaladinne village, near Tadipatri of Ananthapur Dist, A. P. State, India, considered to be the Adiguru of this system, observed that all planets are good and that there are no benefics or malefics by nature.
After a thorough research in a number of charts, he found that, planets will give good or bad results as per their ownership of the bhavas in the individual horoscopes, no matter whether they are considered as a benefic or a malefic planet."
