The Cosmic Awakening

The Himalayas stood silent, their ancient peaks piercing the heavens, bathed in the glow of the cosmic dance. At the heart of this celestial solitude, on the sacred Mount Kailash, sat Shiva—the Adi Yogi. His form, motionless as the mountain itself, radiated an energy beyond mortal comprehension. His closed eyes held the secrets of creation, his breath in harmony with the pulse of the universe.

For eons, he had remained in deep meditation, untouched by time, the infinite swirling within him. The gods, sages, and celestial beings watched from afar, knowing that within this stillness lay the most profound wisdom—the key to liberation.

But the world below was lost. Humanity, trapped in cycles of suffering, sought fleeting pleasures, forgetting its divine potential. The forces of ignorance grew stronger, clouding the path to truth.

Then, on one fateful night, seven figures emerged from the mist—seven sages, the Saptarishis, seekers of the ultimate truth. They approached Shiva with devotion, their hearts ablaze with longing. They sought not wealth, nor power, but the knowledge of existence itself.

Shiva remained silent. Would the world be ready for such a teaching? Was mankind prepared to hold the weight of the infinite?

The wind whispered through the mountains. The time had come.

Shiva opened his eyes.

And with that gaze, yoga was born.
