Yoga Vinyasas for Improvers contains 3 progressive 26 minute classes. Each of the Yoga Vinyasas for Improvers sessions will shape and tone all of the major muscle groups, reduce excess body fat and focus and clear the mind. The first session instructs postures such as Downward Dog with variations, Upward Dog, Plank and Long Lunges. The second session features the eight point salutation and the third session instructs a series of postures based on a Sivananda style sun salutation with some variations. Together the sessions form a progressive series that builds in pace and intensity.

Each session uses clear, easy-to-follow expert instruction combined with a different atmospheric background music track. The sessions are devised and instructed by Sue Fuller and were recorded in a professional sound studio. Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is a leading yoga teacher, writer and training course author who has taught yoga around the world for almost 20 years.

The Yoga Vinyasas for Improvers sessions are accompanied by a free PDF visual reference guide booklet that highlights the instruction and gives a series of photos for each yoga posture featured.
