Stop smoking and breathe consists of four different breathing techniques to help support you through each day as a non smoker. Each session uses clear verbal instructions combined with relaxing background music to introduce and guide you through a number of simple and effective breathing techniques that are widely recommended by doctors and stop smoking services as being effective tools to help you quit for good.
There is a 15 minute cleansing breath session to be used each morning, a 15 minute breathing session to be used during the day, a 20 minute breathing and relaxation session to be used in the evening and a 5 minute session featuring a simple yogic breathing technique that can be used at anytime to help you resist your cravings.
The techniques provide emotional balance and give you the determination and will power to stop smoking. They will also remove toxins from your body, increase your lung capacity and create a sense of improved health and vitality that will naturally let you know how much better your body and mind function without the toxic chemicals found in cigarette smoke.
