在兼顾超分子阳离子聚合物动态可逆性的前提下,适当提高超分子聚合物的生物稳定性是开发安全高效超分子基因输送体系的有效途径,而当前超分子科学主要面临的前沿问题之一是如何实现超分子聚合物动态可逆性与生物稳定性的平衡。为了获得安全高效的超分子基因载体,本书结合共价聚合物的生物稳定性与超分子聚合物的动态可逆性,设计制备了一系列结构可控、生物性能可调的超分子两嵌段共聚物。通过调节载体的电荷密度和环境响应性,进一步优化了其在肿瘤细胞中的转染效力。
