Fantasizing in Space is a collection of four short stories that range from a couple of epic fantasies to space swashbucklers.

"The Travels of a Motherly Ember" is the journey of a dragon named Ember and her Dragonborn son Shirui through valleys, deserts, and jungles searching for a safe place called the Dragonscale Sanctuary. They hope to escape the hunter Xegor.

In "Wishing for the Ember", an adult dragonborn named Torrin is searching for his missing mother Emberly. He finds himself facing his mother's kidnapper in a gladiatorial tournament for a magical item called the wishing star.

The legend of "Diana, Savior of Stars" tells the story of a young heroine wizard, Diana, as she ventures into the cave of the evil dragon Ydrir, searching for the power-giving stars, which were stolen from the night sky. She battles the giant dragon for the fate of the captured stars.

In "Shadows of the Galactic Bounty", bounty hunter Manus and her robot companion Byte are completing their recovery mission in the pirate spaceship when the pirates ambush them. With no backup and no ammo left, escape looks grim.
