This compilation is the record of the Mother's yoga practice during the latter part of her life. It contains her experiences and realizations from 1956 to 1973. In the early 1950's the Mother told Satprem, a French disciple, that she was able to speak to him about many things which she had never said to anyone. For over two decades she spoke to him about many subjects, including, among other topics, her own yoga practice, her life, her work in the Ashram and her universal work in the world. The passages are all selected from the 13 volumes of The Mother's Agenda.
