A form of sound wave treatment known as healing frequencies induces a sensation of harmony and relaxation in the human body. The human brain responds to sound at various frequencies in multiple ways. It is thought that when the human brain is exposed to a raw frequency, the brain waves are driven to synchronize with it, putting individuals into a fresh "brain state" and having a general, all-encompassing impact on the human body.
Singing bowls, gongs, windchimes, pan flutes, hang, didgeridoos, djembes, rainsticks, drums, tuning forks, and tongue drums are among the instruments typically utilized in sound frequency therapy.
