He is the breath that the Creator placed in Adam, the breath is the spirit, it is God himself, that's why it is written that we are the image and likeness of God, not by our mortal and rotten flesh but by the breath, by the Ruach , by the spirit that lights up with a thousand colors in meditation.
Meditation connects all the energy vortices of our body to the divine, to the supernatural and the air that runs through our veins when we meditate carries the divine spirit through us.
