#1 Your comfort zone is a place of your choosing that feeds your anxiety neutral position. It is a very good feeling to be in your comfort zone, but remember that it comes with a cost. When your anxiety level is neutral or minimal, your stress level comes down, and this is because you don't have to deal with any crisis or uncertainty.

#2 Introverts have a tendency to stick to their comfort zone. This affects their ability to speak up in public. You must push past your limits and leave your comfort zone if you want to get ahead of change.

#3 We often make up a battle in our minds before we speak in public, and we react in fear to this make-believe battle. We imagine the disapproving face of the crowd, the mocking laughter, and the crude jokes being made about us.

#4 The real battle is not facing the crowd of people who are hell-bent on your humiliation. The real enemy is yourself. You must use your imagination to fuel your dreams, not your nightmares.
