A few years after the dreaded Three Judges vanished—their whereabouts remaining a mystery—a thirteen year old boy named Tydis washed ashore on one of the most dangerous beaches in Famaura. When he regained consciousness he had no memory of the first thirteen years of his life other than his name.

While he has no recollection of his past, there are others skulking in the shadows who DO remember. Others who want him back in their possession to use his powers and abilities to advance their devious schemes. Powers that he knows nothing about that have laid dormant inside of him for eight and a half years until awakened by a frightening and mysterious being called the Harbinger.

While Tydis is on the run from an enemy seeking to capture him, memories of his past start to resurface, and the power he forgot grow in strength. While he doesn't know who his parents were, there are dark clues revealed of who he might have descended from that leaves some of those closest to him nervous.
