For some time now, we have been using the word "inclusion" to talk about our relationship with diversity, and those views are reflected in our behaviours and decisions regarding how individuals with diverse needs are positioned within our communities. As a result, the word has become an educational buzzword, and over time we can see the evolution of its meaning.
