Criticism, why does it hurt and what can be done?

We really don't like to be criticized when going after our goats or just living our life in general.

Too many of us take criticisms personally. Our ego wants to protect us and sees criticisms as a direct threat to our happiness and safety.

While some if not most criticisms can be ignored, there are some criticisms that can actually be beneficial to our success.
