The New Washington D.C.
Nero has just arrived in The New Washington, D.C., the first state in the country that was developed with advanced technology, where he will live along with the dwellers that were transported before him. The new state is perfect—people are harmonious and everyone is friendly. Everything is heavily dependent on electricity to sustain the plants, animals, and dwellers. He was excited to finally walk and tour inside the D.C. Headquarters, the heart of the state where all the main controls are.
When the outage happened, everyone panicked and Nero and his new-found friend Andre were forced to roam around in the darkness. They found shoe prints that led them to discover who caused the possible extinction of everything and everyone.
