Tired of years of warring over the Earth's limited natural resources, humankind had joined forces to hunt through the galaxy for more. Now they inhabit the various planets and moons where resources remain abundant.

But man is not the only scavenger afoot in the universe. An alien fleet with superior weaponry suddenly appears around Mars. Their intent—to replace a limited resource of their own—humans.
