This book proposes a critical research about if Intelligent Design Movement's argument deserves to be considered a scientific discourse, from the perspective of science and the contemporary philosophy of science. To that effect, reviews Tammy Kitzmiller et al. vs. Dover Area School District trial, in which the main criterion to sentence was to discern if intelligent design hypothesis could be considered science. Thus, a Philosophy of Science typical issue becomes the key element to decide a hot topic thanks to it's emotional, ideological, religious and legal implications. The book revises current scientific literature about knowledge areas concerned, primarily Biochemistry, Genetics and Information Theory.
