Private investigator Jake Horn is looking forward to a weekend with his daughter, away from the busy streets of Boston. But an early morning jog leads them to a shocking discovery on Goose Rocks Beach.
Within less than twenty-four hours, the cops arrest the brother of a local restaurateur for murder. But something doesn't seem quite right. And it doesn't take long for Jake to realize it's not just the low tide that smells somewhat fishy.
While the evidence against the suspect looks damning, Jake has little doubt the cops have the wrong guy.
