Everyone on Venice Beach knows about 'Happy Jack'; the aging hippy living in his van with a cheerful smile on his face who is always willing to help anyone out with their problems. What they don't know is that Jack is hiding a secret of his own.
That secret comes forth with the arrival of his long-lost daughter Ruby, who seeks to find her mother's treasured necklace. Jack doesn't know where the necklace is, and he especially doesn't know how to reconnect with his daughter after so many years apart. Jack may need a little divine intervention to help him along.
