"The Broken Window" takes contemporary theology to its inevitable

conclusion. Because contemporary theology involves the practices

and pretenses of history, the inevitable conclusion is apocalyptic.

The mathematician Morris Kline said that, "Science is rationalized

fiction, rationalized by mathematics." The Bible says that Jesus Christ

is the Logos, the origin and organizer of all rationality. The scientific

world we live in is not irrational: It is multi-rational. We thought we

understood how Jesus Christ presides over a rational world, but we

have no idea how He will choose to preside over a multi-rational world

that expresses itself more and more in irrational terms. It's time to

begin to understand.
