Once upon a time, at the center of China, there were two great mountains, Wangwu and Taihang. Travelling was impossible for the people living at the foot of them. One of these families had an old man called Yugong (Mr. Fool) who was determined to mobilise the whole family to move the two mountains bit by bit into the North Sea. Ignoring the ridicule of their neighbour and overcoming the mountain gods, the family dug day and night. Finally, something magical happened ......

从前，中国的中部坐落者王屋和太行两座大山。住在山脚下的人们被大山挡住去路，无法出行。这其中的一户人家里有一位老人名叫愚公，他决心发动全家人的力量，一锹一铲地把两座山移到北海去。他们不理会邻居的讥讽，战胜了山神的阻挠，夜以继日的挖着。终于，神奇的事情发生了......
