Native-American novelist, motivational speaker, advocate, and award-winning artist, Barbara Taylor Sanders is passionate about human rights, social justice, and defending the poor and disadvantaged.

Barbara's 501(c)(3) charitable foundation, Wise Women Council, raises social consciousness through heartfelt stories entitled Uniting HEARTS, Helping HANDS, Igniting HOPE. Each chapter ends with motivating discussion questions for a group Bible study or for personal enrichment, advancing sacrificial service to the underprivileged in every church and every community.

As a former television and radio producer of local Christian programs promoting volunteerism, Barbara's book, The Laborers Are Few, is a compilation of inspirational testimonies. The foreword is by Promise Keepers, Coach Bill McCartney.

Over the years, Barbara has shared the speaking platform with Billy Graham, Coretta Scott King, Elizabeth Dole, Evelyn Christenson, and other eminent leaders.

Her marriage to a Fortune 500 company vice-president, Daryl Sanders, former Ohio State University football star and number-one draft pick for the NFL, launched them into a celebrity arena with VIP-style worldwide travel.

Originally, the couple moved to Columbus, Ohio, to open Daryl Sanders Cadillac agency. However, God had better plans for their lives. After selling out to Jesus and severing all secular business ties, they pioneered a prophetic church, enabling goodwill and evangelistic mission trips to Africa, China, Russia, and Ukraine. During those decades as community leaders, they had launched One Foundation, partnering with like-minded suburban church leaders to financially aid urban ministries and uphold positive racial relations.

Christian authors Daryl and Barbara Sanders both have been special guests on The 700 Club. Now residing in Cape Coral, Florida, the couple continues writing books to advance the Kingdom of God.
