Gyre Of Ghosts is a partially fictional story around three young villagers Tom, Sam and Hannah, adventuring inland around the village of Alstonefield with its hamlets of Hopedale and Milldale situated in Staffordshire England.
The book is divided into three parts. Thor's Ghosts, St. Peter's Ghosts and Time Travelers.
The three adventurers are mentored by their uncle Joe the village blacksmith with his local history and myths. They go searching on their own looking for the Saxon Hoard in Part 2 then they find out how to Time Travel in Part 3 which puts them in dangerous and life threatening situations.
