Part autobiography, part brief dives into physics, philosophy, theology, and ethics, this work is a true reflection of who Dr. Barker is, the wisdom gained through reflection on personal experiences and the ideas of scientists and theologians, a wisdom he has used to guide his life of action.

His reflections suggest we too can choose to reflect on the life we live consciously and constantly within the context of our experience, the experience of those around us, and the works of thinkers through the ages, a process that can lead to a more excellent being.

The wisdom shared in this book is well worth the readers time and consideration and I am thankful Charlie is sharing it with us.
