a young man will leave the subway for home. he will hear a scream coming from the alley next to the train station. he will find two men robbing a young mother and her daughter. he will try to intervene. when he does one of them with a gun will shoot him. he will end up dead. before it ends, both men will continue to rob the young mother. the man that died from a gunshot will find a place that he did not know existed. he will be confronted by a purgatorial prince that resides in purgatory. he will come to believe that he be sent to hell. Instead, the prince will give him a second chance in life. if not he can die and go where it is he belongs. he will earn the name vengeful afterwords with the devil. if he fails, he will become an evil spirit by the name of Vengeful.
