God wants nothing less than to give us true freedom in Him that we can live free from any sins. It requires us to repent, to be truthful in our walk with God. Sin brings us spiritual death in which it is the very opposite of God's will to us - God wants to bless us with all good things. We are to shake off all the sins ensnaring our lives, come to God with bold confidence, knowing that God will help us to repent and He will graciously forgive us.
Take courage, therefore, pray to God with sincerity of heart and ask for repentance and forgiveness. He will hear and help us.
