I am a pharmaceutical salesman and during my sales job, I have faced many difficulties in achieving sales success. During my difficulties, I searched many books about my problems but as the pharmaceutical sales process is changing daily, the information I found wasn't enough to fully solve my problems. On the other hand, there are very few books directly on pharmaceutical sales, though there are tons of books on general sales available in the market. Pharmaceutical sales and general sales are different. In my pharmaceutical selling career, I have seen many good pharmaceutical sales persons couldn't get promoted due to a lack of only one or two skills, though they have other skills. It hurts me and inspired me to write this book which contains the most important tools for pharmaceutical sales success. When I became a manager in my career, I tried to make my team skilled and I started gathering the most important tools and applying those tools. When any tool helped my team and me, I sort those out and included it in this book. So, I tried to write this book based on practical and effective knowledge and experience. I tried to write this book in the simplest way so that readers can understand it easily. All of my efforts are aimed at helping pharmaceutical sales persons to achieve their goals.
