During the Kangxi reign, Shi Gong solved a series of headless murders while serving as the prefect of Jiangdu County. He took nine wicked monks, seven lewd thugs and twelve bandits, and enticed the green forest hero Huang Tianba to join forces. Huang Tianba, He Tianbao and others helped Shi Gong to be bold and captured Liu Liu and Liu Qi. Gongguan Shi moved to Tianfu Yin. On his way to his post, Huang Tianba had no choice but to slay Wu Tianqiu and Pu Tiandiao in the evil tiger village to rescue Shi Gong. Shi Gong broke a strange case in Shuntian Mansion and was promoted to governor of Tongzhou Cangchang. He was ordered to patrol Shandong and provide disaster relief. After solving many cases, Shi Gong returned to the imperial court, and was ordered to break the theft of the imperial amber luminous cup. For this reason, he was in danger at Wushan, and was rescued by Huang, He and He Lutong. Heroes from all walks of life smashed the Qixing Tower, captured Langya King Wang Lang, and regained the imperial cup.
