I'm not a Homewrecker, Opportunist Maybe tells the story about the mistress and her upbringing introduced in the first novel in the series, The Woman Tells. The mistress narrates the continuous ups and downs, twist and turns she endures throughout her life. It eventually brings her to the point of numbness and causes her to develop an uncaring personality. She begins to pursue opportunities to come up.
