众所周知,人可以七天不进食,只要饮水,仍可维持生命,但是如果七天七夜不睡觉便会有生命危,由此可见睡眠的重要性。睡眠就像呼吸一样是人的生理需要,人一生中有l/3的时间在睡眠中度过,睡眠是生命所必须的过程,是人体复原、整合和巩固记忆的重要环节。然而,随着现代社会生活节奏越来越快,压力越来越大,以及熬夜、饮酒等不良生活习惯所引发的睡眠障碍已经成为一种很普通的社会现象。据世界卫生组织对l4个国家l5个实验基地两万余名在基层医疗就诊的病人行调查,发现有27%的有睡眠问题。据中国睡眠研究会公布的睡眠问题调查结果显示,中国成年人失眠发生率为38.2%,高于国外发达国家的失眠发生率。
