This book is MEATY, if you aren't triggered by this book it's not doing its job. This book helped me notice the red flags in my relationship by pointing out behaviours of my partner I couldn't notice on my own because I was blinded by love. Monsters come in all shapes and forms, mine was a mess, yet everything I wanted, and I ignored every sign because I thought it was love.
