Main characters, Sasha, Marsha, and Francesca are three women who grew up together as Jehovah's Witnesses. As they reached adulthood, they left their religion and went off to college. After college, they decided to open an employment agency. They named it the Métier Employment Agency.

Unfortunately, they were entering a bold new world of challenges in the recruitment business. Their biggest problem was employees quitting. Call it what you want: quiet quitting or work burnout, the results were one big fat zero in income for the agency.

One thing became glaringly clear, many employers are truly horrible. Even worse, they were in Florida, a red state with not much assistance for employees. Obviously, this situation made many workers very angry.

These three women decided to come up with a fix - a virtual fix. That's when Dead Boss Cemetery Dot Com was born. The site was designed as a fantasy revenge relief. And, it worked. Employees were not quitting so easily and they were making an income from it.

All was well, until a few bosses really did drop dead just as described in their fantasy revenge website.
