Docker Certification entails passing the Docker Certified Associate (DCA) test and establishing a reputation for Docker expertise. The Docker container, as an example of innovation, has altered the way software is delivered. The certification allows candidates to demonstrate their individual expertise in a variety of Docker features. Additionally, this would aid in the candidate's technology skills for Docker installation and configuration. As a result, candidates must be skilled in areas including orchestration, imaging, networking, and security.
This certified exam is based on the tasks that a Docker Certified Associate must complete. The skills and knowledge validated by this exam represent a level of expertise at which a certified Docker Associate can:

  • Use pre-existing images from a centralized registry to run containerized apps.
  • Distribute images around the cluster.
  • Organize and prioritize issue reports from stakeholders, as well as address them.
  • Set up one UCP manager, one DTR replica, and one worker node on Enterprise clusters.
  • Traditional apps should be migrated to containers.
  • Set up and troubleshoot the Docker engine.
  • Carry out routine maintenance and configuration.
