Gavin is divorced from his high school sweetheart Amy after Gavin proved he couldn't handle a work and family balance. Their daughter Eloise is five years old. Amy ended up pregnant with her while going to college. She chose to leave her schooling behind so that she could raise Eloise while Gavin chased his dreams of being a tech giant.
