The Little Flower Goes to the Fair is a look at the life of Fiorello LaGuardia, the 99th mayor of New York City, including his rise up the political ladder and his destruction of the corrupt Tammany Hall and its cronies.

Although small in stature, barely standing 5'2", Fiorello was a large presence with even larger ambitions. He wore large hats to increase his height and was not beyond leaping on desks to be seen and heard, even as a child in classrooms. From the age of eleven, Fiorello was consumed with putting an end to the corruption that was terrorizing the entire city of New York by the New York political organization Tammany Hall.

Thus began the unstoppable trajectory of Fiorello's life, leading to the admirable legacy of this irrepressible man who remains a true inspiration to this day.
