In this, the second book in the Bag Chip Bird children's book series, Bag Chip Bird goes to the sea, Bag Chip Bird and his bird friend Cherry go on a day trip to the sea. Their intent is to visit Cherry's auntie, who is in hospital with the bird flu. However, Bag Chip Bird cannot visit Cherry's Auntie when they arrive due to Covid visitor's restrictions, so he goes down to the beach and bumps into a few of his coast friends.

Thanks to the amazing artwork of Geinisa P. from Bandung, Indonesia, I was able to continue with the same characters as depicted in the first Bag Chip Bird children's book. Bag Chip Bird has a busy day. Geinisa has captured this mystevious little bird and his anticks, which bring the stories to life and should be enjoyable for young readers as Bag Chip Bird tells his stories in his "first bird" narrative.
