In this humorous reverse Mary Poppin's story, Alice Smith is in a bind or she never would have answered such a peculiar ad for a nanny. As the only candidate for the job, she ends up taking care of the O's—four children whose outlook on life is considerably different from her own. As the five of them work together to thwart Aunt Ethel's plans and figure out who threw a brick with a threatening note tied to it through the window, Alice and the children learn some valuable lessons.
