Victor Machado Bàrtoli graduated from Texas A&M University as a mechanical engineer in 1968. He published a book that he called Managing for Quality of Life in 2006. He dedicated this book to college students, politicians and rulers, especially Venezuelans, who maybe had wanted to learn about the principles and methods that really help a country to provide employment, safety and efficient public services.

He has used his book as the foundation for workshops and conferences that he has presented in Bahamas, Canada, Mexico, Peru, USA and Venezuela. Since he had noticed, with deception, that many countries are ruled by models different from the one proposed in his book, he decided to write a fiction novel in which some special women take the power to transform the world sending men adrift for the damages caused to people
