Post specializes in team building with a diversity focus. She works with teams global in nature and sees a need for something else besides the norm of diversity. Post finished her undergraduate work in Spanish language and culture at American University and earned her maste?s degree in psychology and counseling at Georgia State University in Atlanta. The title of her lecture is "You're Not in Kansas Anymore, Dorothy."
