It is based on the psychic readings of Edgar Cayce. Cayce showed Atlantis as a high-tech continent in the Atlantic Ocean twelve thousand years ago. MAN-DAR'S first adventure begins with the necessity to bring a barbarian couple to Atlantis in order to have a world conference on combating huge beasts. To complete his mission he must defeat the evil priest of Inanna and his mother who plan to use the female barbarian to release a bloodthirsty army from the underworld and conquer Atlantis. The vile couple intends to accomplish their scheme using a magic harp to change reincarnation events in the future.
